New Patient Exam
During your initial visit you are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to complete your health history forms. This 1 hour visit has been reserved for you to provide you with a thorough dental evaluation reviewing; your medical and dental history, series of x-rays and panoramic x-ray, periodontal health, TMJ, bite evaluation and oral cancer screening.
This visit will help us determine your dental needs, whether it is simply a complete exam and recare visits, basic restorative dentistry or full-mouth restoration.
